For scheduled public classes, the applicable Individual Client Agreement governs registration, payment, attendance, cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, and other applicable terms.
For private, mobile, or group training, the applicable Group Client Agreement and/or training proposal governs the services, pricing, scheduling, payment, cancellation, and other applicable terms.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and an applicable Client Agreement or signed training proposal, the applicable Client Agreement or training proposal will govern the training relationship.
5. CPR, First Aid & Emergency Information
Information provided on this Website is for general educational and informational purposes. Website content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, emergency medical services, or hands-on CPR, First Aid, AED, or BLS training.
In an actual emergency, contact emergency medical services and follow the instructions of emergency dispatchers and trained emergency personnel.
Silver Sage CPR does not provide emergency medical services through this Website.
6. American Heart Association
Silver Sage CPR is an independent business offering applicable American Heart Association courses through Training Center alignment.
Silver Sage CPR is not owned by or part of the American Heart Association.
